Sep. 11th, 2007 05:50 pmReading Mlle. S today at lunch gave me a migraine; I've had strong reactions to texts before, but this is a first ;)
I don't honestly think her (myopic/unidirectional/aggressive/inconsistent/shallow) work is what kicked it off, but it was when I first noticed the squiggly, vibrating clear line snaking through the page of words, making it hard to read them. Curiously, there wasn't any pain associated with it, at first, and sitting with my eyes closed and drinking a coke seemed to help, so much so that I thought I could stay at work. Silly me. Then, the one sided tactile hallucinations started, and the pressure slowly tightened on my temples. Another half day of PTO wasted on having a bad brain, and no dreams or visions to show for it, damn it.
