So, I've got the names of two potential therapists to try out. The one I saw today recommended them based on criteria I established, and I'm inclined to try them, because I liked her approach. She couldn't work with me due to conflict of interest(she's my SO's therapist, and I can see why fairyhead likes her). I think I'm maybe ready to engage more in counseling. I'm trying to see that as a good sign, not a sign that things are so bad I need to.
