I think I certainly think about what others think a lot, probably more than a lot of people; I'm not sure I'd necessarily say "too much", though. When the constant, repetitive message from just about all sides is that one is wrong, deviant, impossible, etc., and that difference will be punished, thinking about what others think becomes a painfully necessary survival strategy.
