Worried about fresh veggies going bad if not used, and determined to show I can cook and feed myself in fairyhead's absence*, I made a surprisingly large skillet of onion, potato, garlic, broccoli, carrot, basil, tomato, tofu and squash stir fry, seasoned with a little dark soy and ginger sesame dressing. Not only is it pretty tasty, but hopefully, it will be for lunch tomorrow, as well.

Yum.
