I'm against the hegemonic conceptualizations of "gay" just like "straight", etc. I'm 100% for any consenting people to participate in any form of of interaction they like, so long as it causes no actual, demonstrable harm to any nonconsenting people, but I'll be damned if I step under the pro-gay banner for the sake of convenient explicability, when I don't support the core ontological concepts.

You know better; you are better. Sometimes I think you like it when I tell you this, but you don't know how to actually listen to it, to understand it. It's frustrating, not because you're bad or unworthy, but because you're not, but you won't see it. One day, you're going to find your way to Ricky Nelson's garden party, and I'll be there to greet you when you arrive. Here's hoping it's sooner rather than later.
