questions

How much anger is appropriate as a response to those with unconsidered/inconsistent perspectives on issues I face daily?

How can one live as if the world is already different when being able to interact seems to rely on seeing the world as it is?

Is it possible to accept things offered without necessarily underscoring the painful absence of those things elsewhere?

whenever you pose such questions, i say (in my inside my head voice), wait, does that mean me?

does that mean me?

and

i don't know the answer to the questions you posed above.

and

sometimes i'm not good at knowing if some of your questions are better understood (i.e. meant to be understood) as rhetoricals, or if you truly want answers back. or at least musings. i seem partial to musings.

it is, and i appreciate the affirmation.

you'll have to pardon my second-guessing-of-self. it seems some relationships/friendships i thought i had maintained are not what i thought they were, and in light of that (and that these relationships started on LJ) i feel circumspect about "what i thought i knew" about this medium, how relationships/friendships function here and on the real-life plane, and how my integrity-meter has been somehow off. more to be written than in the comments box, it would seem.

and of course none of that above means that i'm wrestling any of those questions in relation to yourself :)

Courage, serenity, wisdom.

And aphorisms.
