I woke up this morning thinking about doctors, and the frustration about talking about what I want versus what the medical and trans establishments think I must/should want. The feeling was one of having the experience of fighting the unconscious assumptions of stubborn, unquestioning "professionals", not shaking in dread at the prospect. Weird.
