I'm really not very good at this sort of thing

I don't know how to successfully and meaningfully tell people to just what degree they are right, particularly when they're just about totally right, and chock full of insight. This is even more difficult when they've been patiently right about a million times, waiting for things to penetrate my superdense (think depleted uranium) skull. So, I could use some advice. In the mean time:
