I wonder what this means

I'm seeing those little extravivid electric blue lines and dots in my vision a fair amount today (this happens not infrequently, but it seems more frequent today). And no, I've not been staring at bright lights. Often this happens to draw my attention to something else, but I haven't gotten the expanding head or interal vibrating feeling, yet. Color me on notice and curious.
