Bars make me happy, freakier bars even more so. Add the company of people I genuinely like, both longterm, known and newer, less known, and it's just about a perfect night for me.

I love a strong, steady rain with occasionally distant but low, comforting thunder when it's warm enough to invite the sounds, smell, and cool damp air inside with me.
