Desire: notes

Still working on Transcendentalism vs Reflexivity (and toying with thinking of it as The Eye Looking Outward or Norse Stereoscopy: Watching with One Eye Looking Inwards), and realizing that Emerson vs Lacan really breaks down into Kant vs Hegel. Ah, Kant, my nemesis, we meet again...

Also amusing myself by the realization that what I'm trying to create could be described as a Hobbesian state of desire: the gaze of all against all.
