switch me on, turn me up

I've struggled with labels for ages and ages, it seems like. The ones I've tried were too restrictive, not sufficiently descriptive, or just plain unappealing. Today, however, I think I've discovered something of use: genderglam. Yeah, that fits pretty damned well; I'll take it.

I've got this nascent idea of self/personality/identity as a sort of mobile or nomadic locus (focus?), capable of movement over the psychosociocultural landscape. I keep flipping back and forth between mobile and nomadic; I think my current working definition is that mobility may be a given, in terms of opportunity/potential, nomadic is how I implement it? (In the sense of carrying some of what is necessary with one, and moving towards other needs/destinations)

It's messy, but seems rife with potential. I think I dig it.

Newest new guy at work reminds me of Randall from Clerks. That explains a lot; I hated Randall most in that movie.
