Apparently you're just tougher than I am. There are words out there that can hurt me, that do hurt me when used; sometimes people mean it and sometimes they don't, but they still hurt. I don't think that's terribly uncommon, actually. I guess not everyone is as tough as you are.
And then there's the question of "real harm"; who gets to decide? You? The comfortable majority?
But you know, even if the majority of humans haven't the Supreme Pinnacle of Social Invulnerability that you have, is it such a sin to be considerate? Thinking of others, even if they aren't someone you know and/or care about, is kind of a big thing. Anyone can be an asshole; it doesn't make you special, really. Now being thoughtful and considerate? That's a big deal, at least in my book.
