New therapist has the idea that frustration and anger are related, and joy and creation are as well. I very much agree with the first, so much so that it seems self evident. Unfortunately for me, I also find myself agreeing with the latter, which sucks, since I feel painfully uncreative.

Waiting for fairyhead to get scallops at the farmer's market today, I glanced into the case and realized I was standing next a shelf that advertised dead octopi. I almost cried before I spun around and headed angrily and quickly in another direction. It didn't used to affect me like this. I'm not sure what to make of that, or what it might mean.
