Jan. 11th, 2011 09:25 pmDinner tonight was quinoa with kale, peas, onion, shredded broccoli and carrots. I haven't been eating all that well (too much processed convenience food) the past week and a half due to a persistent cold and then the absurdity of snow in Atlanta, but tonight was exactly what my body needed. As soon as I took the first bite, my hands started shaking like a fresh food junkie, but I feel much better, much more myself, after having eaten.
