After an expensive commute home, tonight's impromptu dinner: grilled portabello caps, Vidalia onion, Anaheim peppers, tempeh baby potatoes, diced large with avocado and tomato over spinach, with a grilled ear of yellow corn on the side. Accompaniment: Kraken and coke.
