May. 29th, 2020 06:33 amI stopped posting here, I think because I started getting some of the kinds of contact I want/need from the bad place. That doesn't stop the bad place from being bad, though: it's really bad, and it's gotten worse.
My feed is pretty curated, on purpose and a result of many years of fine tuning. That doesn't absolve me of any responsibility for endorsing a platform cozily in bed with the worst of the current US administration, and attacking competing platforms for even the tiniest shred of responsibility.
Write into a void, or write in a bad place that supports bad things, and monetizes everything, including what I do, to further it's shallow greed?
