Sometimes when I look at you, I don't see all of your admirable traits, but see instead all too familiar signs of disappointment with the world and those in it. I don't like these things in myself, and am afraid at time that I don't pursue more contact with you for that reason. That's not fair, and I'm sorry. I'm committing to trying not to do that any more, and look instead and the really cool things you have to offer, and try to draw them out more. If nothing else, noted similarities should make it easier to lure you into the open, so others can see them, too.
