I want to get over this fear, really badly, but I don't know how, and the fear itself is tautologically self-sustaining; the way to get over fears is to face them, but I'm too scared to let go to learn that letting go isn't so scary.

I want to believe that what will happen isn't necessarily what I think, but I don't, yet. I'm hoping for change.
