Move update

Well, we've moved. I'd say around half of the stuff is unpacked (the easy stuff, of course; clothing and the kitchen remain), and it's looking pretty good. Already I'm pleased with the sheer open space, the windows, the trees... it's quite nice. The sun goddess has found only two complaints: no pantry, and not enough closet space for, uh, someone's clothing.

But, we have an awesome basement, which will be suitable for the flickering lights of audio/visual brainwashing, a very swanky bar, room for all our records and cds (which is pretty damned amazing), an area for dancing girls, and an out-of-my-sight craft work and storage area.

The beasties are already settling in, though sometimes the old one will either get lost (unlikely) or decide people need to come to where he is (far more likely), and will whine and yowl until someone gets his attention. But, if that's the worst of the dealings, we're in good shape.
