Attempt at some clarity

Talking with the tiny one tonight made me realize my assumptions on clarity (my own) are far, far from accurate. I always bitch about gender issues, and I had always assumed it was clear that I meant gender sucked for everybody; the system is irreparably broken, so it's time to throw it out. Apparently, I have never explicitly stated that, or even intimated close enough to it for my exceedingly smart SO to get it. So, I'm less hypocritical and selfish now in the Most Important Eyes, and there's a palpable relaxation of tension on important subjects. I can only assume that if it's not clear for The One With Whom I Live, it's likely not clear for anyone else, either. So, for the record, I've said it pretty explicitly; gender sucks, for everyone.
