Weird work stuff

I realized today that there's just no way of telling an Idiot Boss that the reason I haven't been doing my job well is because I've been having to do his instead of mine. And, no one sees it, for there isn't a quantifiable metric that shows managerial effort. Hmm, no metrics for management.... I wonder if that isn't an accident?
