(no subject)

I thought I'd gotten an uncomfortable grasp on the care giving for a functionally disabled S.O., but along with the physical degradation (meaning I take on all physical tasks, from the quotidian to the vital), there are (hopefully temporary) mental degradations which need to be taken into account, specifically around money and finances. At least this is an issue in which my S.O. knows there is a problem (not the case in the past, which is why I've been watchful from a distance for several years), so my engagement is welcomed, It is yet another responsibility added to my portfolio.
