Unknown frustration bubbled up last night, leading to sudden domestic destruction (I killed a light fixture). What surprised me is that I wasn't aware of being wound this tightly until it happened. Freaky, and not in a good way.

Yes, it's kind of startling when you wake to the realisation you've been living with stress for so long that you've become accustomed to - and so unaware of - the weight.

We should coffee sometime. I've missed talking with you in person. Maybe Kitten might be into that as well.
