I had a very strange dream that I don't really remember, at the end of which I was trying to write out my address, and failing. I'd try to write on a piece of paper, but the pen wouldn't work properly, and writing over where the ink skipped made it illegible. I remember cutting the "bad" parts of the paper off and trying to write on ever smaller slips of paper, but the numbers came out blocky and shaky, like I was using my left hand, or like a child who barely knows how to write. I tried writing on a blank space of a heavy card stock greeting card, but there were impressions where someone had written on a piece of paper over it that prevented it from working properly, ending up with a muddled impression sans ink where I tried to write (the pen seemed to sporadically put out ink). I ended up having to dictate my address to a real world acquaintance, recently "out" and very taken with that, who said "I can tell what political party people belong to based on their address" (I live in Decatur, a traditionally very gay-friendly Atlanta town). I remember taking issue, saying that I wasn't a Democrat because they were way, way too conservative for me, and being told "That's just tacky". I still don't know why I was trying to write my address down in the first place.
