Thanks to her obssession with dance, she's been watching So You Think You Can Dance. Thanks to my obssession with her, I'm usually on the couch beside her. Though it's taken many weeks, I've actually gotten interested, and then hooked, on this annoying reality show filled with lithe, flexible, muscular pretty people (actually, put that way, it doesn't sound that bad...), to the point that I find myself predicting eliminations, and getting irate when my favorites are slighted by the judges. I'm watching an incredibly popular show, and it burns!

Eeeeh hee hee hee! I *am* evil!

But, if you're going to get sucked into reality tv, isn't the fact that the people are really attractive and nice to each other (or, at least get edited that way)? Those people actually have talent and skills! How often do you see that in reality tv? (Hell, or on unreality tv?)

I think watching them be nice was what really let me get into the show, honestly; pretty alone won't do it.

As fairyhead pointed out above, that they're nice as well as talented and pretty makes it possible for me to get hooked. Pretty alone rarely does it, but pretty plus nice is niiiiiice.
