dream stuff

Over the past month or more, I've been remembering dream fragments in which fairyhead and I are in our home, or a home-like place (i.e. safe haven/place of belonging), and there's a third person there, but I don't know who it is (once, it resolved into someone I know, but that had the feeling of my waking brain imposing on the symbol). I can never remember a face or a name, but it's someone with dark black hair and pale skin. There's the sense that this person belongs, like it's as natural for them to be there as it is for either of us, that this person is a part of that unit, only I don't know who it is. It's happened at least 4-6 times, which is as close to a recurring dream as I can recall having. This seems obviously important, yet I remain frustratingly clueless.

Future sprog, grown into adulthood?

Almost certainly not, it doesn't have the ring of correctness to it. Too, to the extent that either of us have control over it, there will be no sprog.

I've read that everyone in our dreams is some aspect of ourselves, so maybe it's a vision of yourself that is still evolving.

Or it could be a "dream guardian" (spirit guide) making contact?

I'm not sure I fully buy into the idea that everyone in my dreams is me, though I'll admit to the likelihood that at best they're my perceptions of those they represent.

If it is a guardian, neat that it's seemingly connected to both fairyhead and me.
