question about audio gear

I've just recently purchased a second turntable (Stanton T90, to complement my STR8-80) with the ostensible goal of being able to import vinyl to mp3 by way of it's USB connection, but I also want to be able to switch between two records, so as to be able to listen seamlessly (I don't have aspirations to mixing, just to reliving the joys of constant vinyl music like back when I was a radio dj). I know I'll need a mixer for this. I have a phono box for my turntable because my tuner/amp doesn't have built in analog inputs, and the analog signal needs boosting to get on the same level as the digital. My question is this:
Will I need another phono box (basically, a pre-amp) for both turntables before they go into the mixer, or can I run the analog lines into the mixer, and then the mixer to the phono box and then the tuner/amp? I'm thinking the latter of the two; it seems the logical, physics supported answer, but that alone makes me dubious.
