I don't know how to balance or reconcile what feels like the competing perspectives of "this is awful and painful" with "you did something like this, now it's your turn to take it". Is it fair, this latter perspective? On some levels, it is inescapably so. I'm not qualified to talk about larger perspectives of fairness, and am certainly in no position to talk about what is best for anyone. I don't know what's right or good or fair by any standards of which I am aware. I don't want to run, hide, distract or project. I need new ways.

Takes a lot of courage tho.
Sometimes I got it.
Sometimes? Not so much.
FWIW, I wish you much courage.

Best of luck to you!
